  1. On February 26 I called you to help me with a computer problem but you would not talk to me until I signed up with you.
I told you at that same time that my computer was locked up and you then told me that you could not do anything because my computer was locked up and that I’d have to fix that first so that you could log into it to (supposedly) fix my problem.
I had to take my computer to a shop to be fixed for the problem. If I have to fix it myself what do I want you for?

    My ID # is 145-701
    You charged me $251.95
I did NOT use your service in any way (as you could not get on my machine because it was locked up remember) shape or form.

I am demanding a refund of that amount to be returned to my bank immediately.
You John Adams, Justin Paul and Reg need to do the right thing here.
I do NOT want to take legal action, which I will be forced to do.
I will give you 72 hours to return the money as your services were not provided to me.
    Please refund my money now.

COMPLAINT: I truthfully should never have got involved with you. Talking to you is like talking to 50 other people at the same time. Your facility is so noisy I cannot understand what you are saying MOST of the time and you refuse to get into a quiet environment so you can be heard and understood.
You are the worst rudest people I've ever had to deal with. Your customer support and satisfaction is ZERO. You have screwed me big time. I will post comments about FIXSMITH till I'm blue in the face. If you want to do the right thing then contact me at Tell me you are refunding my money.
